Friday, April 3, 2020. The Military Emergency Unit (UME) of the Army is this morning at the port facilities of Cadiz where it will proceed to disinfect the interior of the fish market, the exterior of the catamaran terminal, the exterior commercial control and the exterior of the Soivre.
The operation is composed of 9 people with individual equipment and also with two vehicles. The work has started at 10:30 and is expected to last 2 hours.
This task is in addition to the special cleaning plan implemented by the Port Authority itself, both indoors and outdoors, which has led to the disinfection of the fish markets, the wholesale fish market, the main building, the access controls, toilets, among other facilities, with several companies specialized in these tasks.
